Now let us do the shabad Sat Nam.
Sat is heavy. Nam is light. The five tattvas are connected.
When you use the word the neurons of the brain immediately go into effect and all tattvas are connected.
At ‘Nam’ you open. Sat Nam.
These words are not great mystical words.
They are a permutation and combination to put the elements in the proper place.
It’s a science of cause and effect. It’s called communication.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
It is Newton’s third law. It is called the law of aavaagavan.
– Yogi Bhajan
It’s not too late to join us!
“Everything in this universe has been created as a teacher.
The moon is a teacher, the sun is a teacher, the stars are a teacher.
But there are people who become professional reminders. That is what we call a teacher. A teacher is a professional reminder.”
“In our legacy of Kundalini Yoga, the student has to be 10 times better than their teacher — period. And it’s very simple.”
– Yogi Bhajan

“My basic idea is to start creating teachers in Kundalini Yoga.
My problem is when you want to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher,
you do not forget your problems. You take care of your problems and also take care of the problems of the others.
It doesn’t work satisfactorily.
If you just hang your problems for a while and take care of other’s problem, your problems will disappear.
Because you will have so many people around you, and so much energy around you that your problem will not have a chance to exist. That is how my problems disappeared.” – Yogi Bhajan
